Terms of use
Last updated 8 October 2026
These terms apply to anyone who uses Fire Inspection Reporter. By creating an account or accepting an invitation you agree to them.
What the service is
A tool for recording fire extinguisher inspections and producing reports of them. It helps a qualified inspector document their work.
What it does not do
It does not inspect anything, certify compliance with any code or standard, or decide whether equipment is safe. The inspector chooses every result. Reports produced by the service are records of a visit and are not certificates of compliance. You are responsible for having qualified people carry out inspections and for meeting the rules that apply to your work.
AI drafting suggests wording based on what the inspector recorded. The inspector must read and correct any draft before using it.

Acceptable use
Do not try to reach another company's data, interfere with the service, or use it to produce records of inspections that did not happen.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service running and your data safe, but it is provided as is, without a guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copies of reports you are required to retain. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made on the basis of records in the service.
