Fire extinguisher inspection software
Finish the inspection report before you leave the building.
Record each extinguisher on your phone, attach photos and dictated notes, and send the customer a professional PDF once a manager has approved the visit.
Load the demo building from Settings and try a full visit in a few minutes.
How a visit works
The same five steps for a ten-unit apartment block or a two-hundred-unit plant.
- 01
Work down the list
Start a visit, pick the building, and every extinguisher there is on your worklist. One unit per screen, ten checks per unit.
- 02
Photograph what you found
Take the photo from the unit screen. It is stored against that extinguisher and that visit.
- 03
Say the note out loud
Dictate instead of typing with gloves on, in browsers that support speech input. Once you have chosen a result, the app can turn your words into a draft note for you to edit.
- 04
A manager signs it off
Finishing the field work does not approve the report. An owner or admin reviews it and approves it, and both events are recorded with who and when.
- 05
The customer gets a PDF
A clean report of every unit, what was found, the units that need attention, and the inspector's attestation.
A record you can stand behind
The inspector decides every result
Pass, needs service, replace or unable to inspect is always a person's choice. The software never works one out from the checklist and never certifies compliance.
Your team, your records
Invite technicians and admins by email. Each company's customers, buildings and reports are kept apart by the database itself, so another company cannot read them.
Made for a phone in a plant room
Large tap targets, a bottom navigation bar, and screens that work at arm's length. It runs in the browser, so there is nothing to install.
Questions inspectors ask
- Does the software decide whether an extinguisher passes?
- No. The inspector selects the result for every unit. The checklist records what was observed, and nothing in the app turns those ticks into a pass or a fail.
- What does the AI do?
- It drafts the written note from what the inspector already recorded, and only after a result has been chosen. The draft is kept separately from the approved note, the inspector edits it, and any sentence that tries to state a verdict is removed and flagged.
- Is the report a compliance certificate?
- No, and it says so on its face. It is a record of the visit: what was inspected, what was found, and who inspected and approved it.
- Can an approved report be changed afterwards?
- No. Once a manager approves an inspection, the database refuses changes to it and to the unit records it holds.
- Do my technicians need their own accounts?
- Yes. Invite them from Settings and send them the sign-up link. Each person's work is recorded under their own name.
